God is a wonderful Father who believes in us and desires great things for us. He believes that we can overcome our outward man with its passions and desires. Many believers focus their efforts on doing good works for God and never really mortify the very thing that is limiting them. Mortifying is the very path to God’s promotion into His will for your life.
