God is the original farmer! He has planted us like a tree, and causes us to grow, and produce fruit. This means that we must not lean upon our own abilities, reasonings, and resources, but completely depend on Him. As we continue in prayer and obedience we will discover that our roots are truly in Him, and he is everything we need.
